Reservations

Appointments are recommended. You can choose to be notified two days before your reservation to confirm your date and time (by email or text messaging – your choice). All reservations require a credit or debit card number to hold the appointment reservation, in order to ensure observance of our cancellation policy. No charge will be made at the time of reservation.

Punctuality

Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to all facial, body, and massage services so that you may change, relax, and receive the full benefit of your service time. Any client arriving 10 minutes past the time of his or her reservation may be asked to reschedule, or shorten their scheduled service time.

Appointment Reschedule or Cancellation

Advance notice is appreciated on all cancellations. Failure to reschedule or cancel with a minimum 24 hour notice prior to the scheduled service will result in a credit card charge for half of the amount of the service(s) that were scheduled.  If the services are rescheduled within 48 hours of cancellation, the amount charged becomes a service credit which may be used for future services.  Due to the time booked and resources required, TASTE OF TEN and CORRECTIVE COLOR SERVICES REQUIRE A 48 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. Failure to provide the required notice for cancelling the aforementioned services will result in a credit card charge for half of the amount of the service(s) that were scheduled.

Adjustment Period for Hair Services

If your cut or color needs a little adjusting, not to worry.  You may request an adjustment within 1 week from the date of the original service.  They must be performed by the same stylist or one at the same level.

Payment

TEN accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Checks are not accepted.

Cell Phones

Out of courtesy to our other guests and the service providers, we ask that cell phones be switched to silent mode and not used while at TEN.

Gratuities

If you desire to leave a gratuity to a staff member, it can be left as cash, or as a separate line item on your credit card slip.

Children

Out of respect to our other guests and for their own safety, children (12 and under) are not allowed in the services areas unless they are receiving a service themselves. Children may not be in the retail area unless supervised by an adult at all times. TEN appreciates your cooperation.

Smoking

TEN is a non smoking environment.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. Please check our website, or schedule a consultation with one of our amazing hairstylists for current pricing.

Product Returns

All sales of makeup, brushes skin tools and hot tools are final. No returns. No exchanges. All other products carry a 14 day grace period during which they can be returned for store credit, or exchanged.
